Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Lead and provide company secretarial support on SWCS Group internal company secretarial matters;
  • Prepare and review forms, submission and replies to the Companies Registry and other regulatory bodies, if necessary;
  • Provide technical support and guidance to professional teams on listed company and private company, onshore and offshore, secretarial practice;
  • Monitor and conduct in-depth research on Listing Rules of Hong Kong Stock Exchange, and recent regulatory trend and developments;
  • Assist in reviewing of client engagement documentation, and prepare regulatory updates and newsletters to internal and external stakeholders;
  • Develop, review, and update standard templates, procedures, company secretarial practices, checklists, and technical bulletins.

REQUIREMENTS

 

  • Degree-holder in any disciplines, preferably in corporate administration, law, or company secretarial studies;
  • Chartered Secretary qualification as Fellow/Associate member of HKCGI/CGI (or equivalent);
  • Substantial relevant company secretarial working experience (preferably 5+ years) in professional firm, CPA firm, law firm, or listed company;
  • In-depth knowledge in Listing Rules of Hong Kong Stock Exchange and Hong Kong Companies Ordinance;
  • Fluency in both English and Chinese (including Putonghua);
  • Able to work independently and manage teams with excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Excellent multi-tasking ability, detail-oriented, well-organized, with a strong sense of responsibility; and
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing.
