Recently, the 2026 Advanced Regulatory Training Programme for Overseas-Listed Chinese Companies, organised by The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute (HKCGI) and co-organised by CR SWCS, was successfully held at Runnovation in Hong Kong. Conducted in both in-person and virtual formats, the programme brought together corporate executives, board secretaries, and industry professionals to explore key topics including international expansion, corporate governance, and compliance practices for overseas-listed Chinese companies.

In his opening remarks, Dr. Maurice Ngai, Director and CEO of CR SWCS, highlighted the growing demand for cross-border development, overseas listings, and regulatory compliance as Hong Kong continues to align with China’s national development agenda and strengthen its position as a leading international financial centre.
