In the view of the growing demand for corporate services, SW Corporate Services Group Limited (later known as CR SWCS) was co-founded by Dr. Maurice Wai-fung Ngai, past President of the Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries (Known as The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute) and Ms. Sylvia Siu-kuen Wong, a renowned figure in Mainland China accounting industry.

Under the leadership of our board and management, SWCS has successfully captured the largest market share in the sector of outsourced corporate services for listed companies.

Aligned with the global trend toward sustainable development, SWCS launched ESG professional services, expanding into advisory solutions that deliver customized ESG strategies and implementation support for clients.

On May 17, 2016, SWCS became a founding signatory of the Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries (now known as the Hong Kong Institute of Corporate Governance) Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing Charter, and participated in the Institute-endorsed program, further establishing its leadership in compliance and professional services.

Through years of dedicated and efficient service, SWCS built strong trust and rapport with clients and partners.  Underpinned by an excellent reputation and positive word-of-mouth from clients and partners, SWCS has earned increasing trust and maintained its market-leading position from 2014 and onwards.

To lay an even stronger foundation to support our business development needs and prepare for future expansions, we renamed ourselves as SWCS Corporate Services Group (Hong Kong) Limited.

Since July 16, 2018, SWCS has been licensed to carry on a trust or company service business in Hong Kong, covering family trust, insurance trust, private trust company and family office solutions.

The SWCS Academy was established, leveraging extensive experience in serving listed companies to provide ongoing professional training for directors, supervisors, senior executives, and company secretaries of listed companies, thereby enhancing compliance capabilities and promoting sound corporate governance.

As SWCS reached its first decade, the Company further deepened its focus on corporate services, earning long-term market trust through steady growth and strong professional capabilities.

SWCS proudly released its first Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Research Report. Through systematic analysis and assessment of the ESG reporting and climate disclosure responses of Hong Kong-listed companies, the report benchmarked against the requirements of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and offered solution-oriented recommendations for improvement, helping companies enhance their sustainability governance standards.

SWCS accelerated the development of premier value-added investor relations solutions. Through in-depth shareholder identification and peer benchmarking, SWCS fully empowers enterprises in capital market communication, establishing itself as a preferred partner in the areas of investor relations and shareholder identification services.

Since 2022, SWCS has served as the sole Knowledge Partner of the Chamber of Hong Kong Listed Companies, contributing professional insight to support industry knowledge development and capability building. In 2023, SWCS demonstrated keen foresight into emerging trends on A+H listing and initiated the systematic compilation of the A+H Listed Company Compliance Guide from a forward‑looking perspective. The Guide was officially published in the following year, providing authoritative reference and practical support on compliance management.

On 18 January 2024, CR Corporate Service’s acquisition of SWCS Corporate Services was completed successfully. With the new brand “CR SWCS”, it becomes the sole platform for CR Corporate Service to penetrate professional corporate services in Hong Kong.

Throughout the year, CR SWCS successfully supported 26 companies in their IPOs and served as company secretary, with landmark projects including the world’s largest IPO, the largest consumer‑sector IPO in Hong Kong, and several industry “first listings”. Its services evolved from compliance support to comprehensive value creation, reinforcing CR SWCS as the preferred partner for cross‑border listing corporate services.

Following nearly three years of deep integration with China Resources Group, CR SWCS has stepped up to a new level. Through strengthened cooperation and combined efforts, CR SWCS will continue to unleash synergy value and achieve even more fruitful results.
