Team Lead - Trust Services

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Support the development of new trust and fiduciary business;
Manage and oversee the daily operations of a portfolio of trusts;
Able to provide practical resolutions to trust issues with compliance framework;
Develop and manage a small competent trust team;
Develop and set up trust plans and structures;
Attend to compliance with AML/CFT and regulatory requirements in relation to trusts;
Collaborate with bankers, investment managers, lawyers and other related parties in the provision of trust services;
Build and maintain client and intermediary relationships.

REQUIREMENTS

Degree holder in Law, Accounting, Tax or other related disciplines;
CTP/STEP/ accounting/law professional qualifications preferred;
Proven experience in handling trust and trustee services;
Excellent written, oral and presentation skills, including the ability to interact effectively in Putonghua;
Immediate availability is preferred.
