KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the development of new trust and fiduciary business;
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of a portfolio of trusts;
- Able to provide practical resolutions to trust issues with compliance framework;
- Develop and manage a small competent trust team;
- Develop and set up trust plans and structures;
- Attend to compliance with AML/CFT and regulatory requirements in relation to trusts;
- Collaborate with bankers, investment managers, lawyers and other related parties in the provision of trust services;
- Build and maintain client and intermediary relationships.
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree holder in Law, Accounting, Tax or other related disciplines;
- CTP/STEP/ accounting/law professional qualifications preferred;
- Proven experience in handling trust and trustee services;
- Excellent written, oral and presentation skills, including the ability to interact effectively in Putonghua;
- Immediate availability is preferred.
