Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Support the development of new trust and fiduciary business;
  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of a portfolio of trusts;
  • Able to provide practical resolutions to trust issues with compliance framework;
  • Develop and manage a small competent trust team;
  • Develop and set up trust plans and structures;
  • Attend to compliance with AML/CFT and regulatory requirements in relation to trusts;
  • Collaborate with bankers, investment managers, lawyers and other related parties in the provision of trust services;
  • Build and maintain client and intermediary relationships.

REQUIREMENTS

 

  • Degree holder in Law, Accounting, Tax or other related disciplines;
  • CTP/STEP/ accounting/law professional qualifications preferred;
  • Proven experience in handling trust and trustee services;
  • Excellent written, oral and presentation skills, including the ability to interact effectively in Putonghua;
  • Immediate availability is preferred.
