SWCS urges companies to better themselves in anti-competition risk management
In 2017, the Competition Commission filed 2 cases of bid rigging. The High Court issued a verdict on Friday (17th), ruling that of the 15 defendants in the two cases, 14 of them violated the Competition Law.
Dr. Maurice Ngai, CEO of SWCS, believed that these rulings reflected the importance of the prevention of anti-competitive behaviour and minimizing risks.
