Serving multiple listing companies doesn't necessarily mean poor company secretarial services
INED taking up too many similar roles of different companies with the inability to juggle properly has been brought into the spotlight, and company secretaries are facing the same criticism. Dr. Maurice Ngai, CEO of SWCS noted that it is a requirement to provide a named company secretary upfront to represent a listed company, and simply counting the number of naming for listed companies can’t reflect the behind-the-scene teamwork.
